Very busy with work recently due to the heavy workload of shortage staffs having MC trend across the whole level. Other than that, we are facing the international auditing and our bosses are drilling everyone about standards standards and still nothing but standards!!
Something that got us all motivated is our BONUS!! This is one juicy stuffs that is why i am still here in this organization! To think about it, it is really quite alot.. But to reconsider the fact about what we are facing, it is totally another different story altogther. Looking for DEC BIG FAT BONUS AGAIN!!!
Yesterday's news, the minister has decided to increase the healthcare workers pay so as to promote more local interest in the healthcare settings! Well, this is another one good news for next year!!
I just had my pay increment too!! There are two of my colleagues chosen to be sponsored for advance dip one of them is Mainx! Im so happy for them too!! Boss say she wanted to put my name in but there is limited post, well so she KIV me to go for Clinical Instructor course. I dont mind getting this extra skill for the time being. If i have a degree cert, i may decide to be a lecturer in NYP as a C.I.
OK. Plan is a Plan. Have to see how everything goes..
