aft work on monday, i rush to nyp to do some stuffs. den to meet my jes n chin.

the first part of sat, my fone kept screamin away.
in da morning, i was crossing my fingers.
cos every yr, on the day of my birthday itself, things somehow doesnt go my way.
k. firstly, i was late for work.
secondly, two of my patients were in bad condition.
den suddenly, one of them, the blood pressure kept dropping. IV meds given. aft my break, i wen to check on him. his pulse was unrecorable by the machine. so we push the Emergency trolley jus in case.. his family inform and already reached. guess wad? he din make it.. and we did a last office for him. =(((((((((
3 yrs in practising nursing, of all day. its today. how bad can it be?
well.. maybe in exchange for the blessing? idunno..
anyways, germain and ah peck were soo sweet! =))))))))
realy appreciate the gifts and not forgetting a birthday gurl wif a cake.
but tooz bad ah peck was doin her aftnoon shift!

i rarely take fruits..

of cos sometimes u realy wanna knoe how there are doin.. how they are progressing in life. simple msg to ask how are u its fine. i do tat too. im easily content. so im always happy. u see.. some realy close frenz tat i hav, i don contact them everyday. but wen i have probs, i do knoe who to find. there are always there for me. we don always meet up tooz.. due to work and other stuffs. but we are stil as close.. those are my precious gems tat i proudly have! =DDD and i knoe if there hav probs, i wil be there for them. tats for sure.

you see.. i do loves all of them. but each individual are diff.. once u see them free, some wil nv come bac. sadly, u cant tie all of them to you tooz. =(
