finish my last nite ler!!
last nite was TERRIBLE!
wen i reach the ward, i oredy heard the bad news.
one of them had a E-leave. =((
so we have to manage wif only 4 staffs wifout a 5th nurse.
therefore, ALL THE HIGH FALL RISK PATIENT, became my RED ALERT LIST.
first nite everyone was fst alseep.
but today is hell..

A- calling for a assisted bath at 6am. i was so busy so i told him the morning nurse will bathe you. he say ORH. less den one min, he climb out of bed himself!! wthhhh~ i ask him where he wanna go, stil reply me i wanna bathe.. realy .. sia.. i repeat the same thing. he reply ORH. DEN AGAIN HE CLIMB OUT! wtf?

B- his notes fell off and for Christ sake he climb out of bed. i quickly ran up to him afraid that he will fall. this sick guy molested me still can gimme tat cheeky smile! dammit~

C- NONSTOP HITS!!! BABBLING-BLABBING-BLABBING!! until i cant stand it i raise my voice.

but its pointless..

D- his on diaper and still wanna come out of bed to pee in the urinal. its ok.. and after he pee-ed, he din put back his *toot* into the diapper! wet all over the bed for countless of time!! pissed. wads the point of getting out of bed to pee den?

E- this guy was restrained over the 4 limbs. surprisingly, he manage to climb out of bed!!!!! i can feel my heart stopped pumping for few sec. called mummy ju to help me, he turned violent and almost hit me. we tight him tighter to the bed. pressing him down. he wouldnt get be calm, and stil manage to squat on bed making a hell load of noise. wthh.. got no choice but to push the whole bed out of the cubicle.

F- while doin the usual rounds, found him instead of lying in bed, he came out himself wifout us knowing, and sat on the chair...... i was shock. lols! instructed him no to climb out of bed himself, he noted. den wen we doing the rountine of changing diapers, he attempt to climb out again! mummy ju shouted: EH! DONT! den he slowly lie back to sleep. LOLS!

G- he jus cant get to sleep!! he couldnt even stand properly.. he is the most high alert in my list. felt tat he will fall anytime. super super non complaint to fall risk! he continuously seat up on bed, lie back to either the foot or head of bed like forever non stop! the patient F was curious and ask me y his like this. i joked to him that his battery over charge sot already.. he luffed and continue sat there staring at him. cute.. =))

a nurse.. is worth more than wad u can ever imagine.
when she is in a boiling anger, she cant vent it on them, but to control and swallow it back.
she has to be VERY patience even wen she has a big load of other stuffs waiting for her.
mostly imptly, she has to love old ppl and have compassion and empathy.
i will not forget the reason y ive chosen to be in this profession.
