today i do a dressing for a pt. and OMGG.. his wound is the worst of the worst i ever seeen in my life.. jeeeez! and the odour superly eeeeeeeeew! mulitple bedsore at the buttocks, both side of hip, back, shoulder blade, left thigh n ankle, right wrist and the the the tat side! =XXX i kept saying omgomgomg..
andand OMMGGG!! u knoe wad?? at the shoulder blade, aft i peel away the dressing, there is a a hole/pocket in the shoulder itself.. well tats not surprising. but the ting is tat, i saw a white stuff inside the hole.. i tot it was smth like the gauze or kaltostat (a dressing to absorb all the excuduate), budden wen i used one of the forcep to peel it off.. OMGGGGGGGGG!!!!! its hard! its the acromion process aka bone at the shoulder!! ahhhhhhhhh!! wthhhhhhh`

previously this person desaturated but stil on 100% non rebreathing mask. tats the max we can give.. but lucky he pick up and move on.. now dealin his wound. anyways, theres smth bout him which makes me feel so uncomfortable.. his eyes! he gave me tat cold eerie stares!! *shivers**

nothing much for today. =))
