hey everyone!! aft readin this post, go drink a glass of PLAIN water okie!! plsplspls jus for me? =))) takkaire of ur health okie! don eat too much oily food. u cant see any effect rite now. but in the future u will experience it! oily food fried stuffs will accumulate alotalot of FATS into ur arteries/ blood vessel! and it den CLOG ur blood vessel! den, u wil get hypertension. tats quite ok if u take medication and manage well. BUT, if this CLOG thing in ur blood vessel dislodge and MOVE n TRAVEL andand, it wil BLOCK ur other smaller bloodvessel. (this smaller blood vessel which is usually in the BRAIN) u wil kena stroke, and nxt ting u knoe, u are DEAD! jus all of a sudden, u cant breathe and ur heart stops beating. UNDERSTAND!!!! hmmMP! i tink say so much oso no use. BUT i stil wwanna say!! if u kena stroke, and die, its ok. cos u are dead. BUTBUTBUT! if u kena stroke, u din die, cos maybe eg: stroke at left sided brain, all ur right sided body, is PARALYSE!!! cant move for LIFE.
